He was predeceased by: his parent Andrew Mistishen; and his siblings, Mary Shimkus, Theresa Seasock, John Mistishen, Michael Mistishen, Harold Mistishen and Nicholas Mistishen.

He is survived by: his parent Theodosia "Sadie" Danschock Mistishen; his wife Mary A. Sabadish Mistishen; his daughters, Mary Jane Balas (Joseph), McAdoo Hardock and Nancy Ann Hardock (Dennis); his granddaughters, Jennifer Kohn (Jason), South, Christina DiCello, Robert and Harrisburg; his sister Martha Fabian of Orwigsburg; and also, Pottsville and Hill.

In lieu of flowers, mem-orial donations may be made to the St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church Memorial Fund, North Morris Street, Saint Clair, PA 17970.
