He was predeceased by: his father William L. Haslam; and his brothers, Rick, William and James Haslam. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Haslam (Fretz); his children, Melissa Webster (Brian) and Jeff Haslam (Brandi); his stepdaughters, Karin McCabe (Jason) and Kellie Garrett (Geoff); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Kyle, Julie, Kayla, Kevin, Emily, Norah and Harrison. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
