She is survived by: her sons, Michael Zucofski (Joann) of Gaithersburg, MD and Joseph Zucofski; her grandchildren, Alexander of Gaithersburg, MD and Julia Zucofski of Gaithersburg, MD; her siblings, John Homka (Leona), William Homka (Maureen) of Vermilion, OH and Helen Dunsavage (Vincent); and her sister-in-law Adelinde Homka of Stroudsburg, PA. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church at Main Street, Maizeville, PA 17934.
