She was predeceased by: her parent Juozas McCloskey; her husband Joseph Matlock; her son Baby Joseph Matlock; her sister Lillian Phillips; and her niece Marchia Phillips.

She is survived by: her parent Viola Manalis Mickalauskas McCloskey; her children, Marisa Underwood of Minersville and Galen Joseph Dura of Connecticut; her grandchildren, Brianne, Brandon (Theresa) and Lindsey; and her sister Marcellene Majeskie of Florida. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Memory of Frances to your favorite local library.
