He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Barnett and Edith Barnett (Rumiano); and his sister Betty Doshier. He is survived by: his wife Norma "Sue" G. Manning; his children, Darren Barnett (Julie) of Port Allegany, PA and Dawn Barnett (Sara); his grandchildren, Cody Barnett (Chris), Cortney Stambaugh, Jr. (Wayne) and Cailey Barnett; his great grandchildren, Carson, Case, Conrad and Clinton Stambaugh; and his sister Donna Anderson (Richard) of Port Allegany.
