Kilpatrick (Port Allegany, Pennsylvania), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Chester R. Hartman and Loretta M. Boysha Hartman; her close friend Tim P. Elliott; her children, William of Smethport, PA, Robert Elliott of Smethport, PA and Heidi M. Elliott of Port Allegany; and her granddaughter Sophia Benson.
