He is survived by: his children, Samuel B. Hart, Jr. of Turtlepoint and Linda S. Lunn of Port Allegany; his grandchildren, Felicia J. Kaziska (Jim) of Port Allegany, Carolyn Tomb of Lewis Run and Clifton Lunn of Turtlepoint; and his sisters, Evelyn Byerly of Bradford and Virginia Kellogg of Olean, NY.
