She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence M. Brundage and Phyllis E. Abel Brundage of Turtlepoint; her husband Joseph M. Formoso; her sons, Christopher R. Petteys of Florida and Cody W. Petteys of Port Allegany; her siblings, Amy D. Shelley (Joseph) of Port Allegany and Lawren D. "Whitey" Brundage (Sally) of Port Allegany; her stepsiblings, Kim I. McNeil (Christine) of Eldred, Tim L. McNeil (Dawn) of Turtlepoint, Kim Rees of Port Allegany and Tammy Emerson (Craig) of Victoria, TX; her stepfather Donald McNeil (Joseph M. Formoso); and her stepbrother Ronald Rees.
