He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron J. Kio and Etha V. Hayes Kio; his son Philip M. Kio, Jr.; and his siblings, Edward L., Byron J., Paul E, Roland S. Kio, Ella M. Wright, Nellie J. Lewellyn and Pearl M. Link.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas W. Kio (Carlene) of Roulette, Corwin "Corky" Kio (Hope) of Port Allegany and Dennis R. Kio (Lou) of Lufkin, TX. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 25 great-grand-children, and 27 great-great grand-children; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
