Lilly (Penny) of Port Allegany and Rob B. Lilly of Port Allegany; his stepdaughter Ronda J. Padlo (Brian) of Olean, NY; his grandchildren, Jocelyn N. Lilly and Olivia G. Lilly; his brother R. James Lilly of Port Allegany; and his brother-in-law Howard R. Edgreen of Jamestown, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
