He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Willcox and Genevieve Willcox; his wife Margaret Kochel; and his sisters, Rosie McCue, Sally Oakes and Judy Bensor.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark A. Willcox (Christie) of Port Allegany and Bradley Willcox; his stepchildren, James Tucker of Port Allegany and Melanie Bishop (Jason) of Port Allegany; his close friend Deb Cramer of Port Allegany; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Jones, Amber Eshbaugh, Jocelyn Lilly, Emily Bishop, Bria Willcox and Natalia Willcox; and his siblings, Alan Willcox of Altmar, NY and Katherine Hall.
