With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine K. Hazen of Port Allegany, Pennsylvania, born in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 24, 2022 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lorraine K. Hazen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Robert Hazen; her parents, Frederick Sweitzer and Mary Sweitzer (Gregory); her son Gary Hazen; her great grandchild Joshua Donnell; and her siblings, Hilda James, Donald Sweitzer and James Sweitzer.

She is survived by: her children, Gerald Hazen (Jacklyn) of Port Allegany and Debra Martin (Joseph) of Port Allegany; and her sister Ruth Rose of Maryland. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
