She was predeceased by: her parent Vern Bowen; her husband Warren F. Miller; and her sister Julie Orris (William) of Dillsburg, PA. She is survived by: her mother Pauline Dively (Stevens) of Wellsboro; her children, Harmony Miller of Mill Hall, PA, Robert J. Miller of Dunnstown, PA and Timothy Hartel (Amy) of Eldred; her grandchildren, Katelyn Mayer (Vincent), Chance Wheeler, Owen Koch, Bobby Miller, Kyle Rudy and Tierra Ramirez; her great grandchild Vincent W. Mayer; and her brother David Bowen of Wellsboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hartle-Tarbox Funeral Homes Inc. (105 N Main St, Port Allegany, PA 16743). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
