She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxwell Caldwell and Alice Caldwell (Leamer); her husband Kenneth D. Caskey; and her sister Annie Mardis. She is survived by: her children, Penny Stewart (Edward) of Port Allegany, Paul Caskey (Mary) of Lake Park, MN, Charles Caskey (Theresa) of Avon, OH and Steve Caskey (Debbie) of Bradford; her grandchildren, Daniel Caskey, Cindy Brinkmire, Christopher Caskey, Anthony Caskey, Heather Walker, Ashley Caskey, Brandon Caskey, Jennifer Mitchell, James Blackiston, Mallory Heling, Mary Schimp, Donald Caskey and Patrick Caskey; and her siblings, David Caldwell (Patricia) of Nanty-Glo, PA., Agnes Whited (Dwayne) of Falling Timbers, PA and Nira Mae Wilde of Nanty-Glo, PA.
