He is survived by: his children, Harold H. Phillips, Jr. (Myckel Anne) of Spotsylvania, VA, Bryan D. Phillips (Patti) of Port Allegany, Brent D. Phillips of Port Allegany, Holly J. Carpenter of Eldred, Susan M. Hess (Bill) of Slippery Rock, PA and Penny A. Bee (Rick) of Smethport; and his brother Richard Phillips of LaVergne, TN. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
