He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Miller and Thelma Harvey Miller; and his brother Richard A. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann "Meme" Miller; his children, Gilbert M. Miller, Jr. (Sheila) of Port Allegany, Todd M. Miller (Teresa) of Port Allegany and Debra L. Kinney (Bill) of Port Allegany; his grandchildren, Cody Miller (Lacey), Trey Miller, Krista Miller, Kord Kinney (Krissy), Craig Kinney (Stacey), Justine Kinney, Tyce Miller (Kaylee), Trent Miller (Brianna) and Teagen Schroeder (Troy); and his brother James Harvey Miller (Betty) of Port Allegany. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
