He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert P. Hobbs and Hazel L. Hall Hobbs; his wife Laura Marie Falk; and his siblings, Albert P. Hobbs, Jr., Norman E. Hobbs, Mary Frances Smith and Dorothy Niles.
He is survived by: his children, Candy Leff (Edward) of Pittsburgh, Scott Hobbs of Port Allegany, Chuck Hobbs of Millport, NY and Randy Hobbs (Lisa) of Astor, FL; and his grandchildren, Bobby, Courtney, Meghan, Tyler, Ashley, Harley, Amanda and Lindsey. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
A masonic service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Calendar Olney-Foust Funeral Homes & Crematory, Switzer Chapel (77 Willow St, Port Allegany, PA 16743). Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
