She is survived by: her children, Gary E. Caulkins (Barbara) of Port Allegany, Michael R. Caulkins (Annette) of Roulette and Tamara S. Wagner (David) of Cuba, NY; and her sister Kathryn Gotshall (James) of Port Allegany. She is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grand-children.
