We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Elaine F. Neely of Port Allegany, Pennsylvania, born in Olean, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Cochran and Aldean Cochran (Davenport); and her siblings, Edwin Cochran and Rita Tauscher. She is survived by: her husband Grover D. Neely; her children, Mark Neely (Donna) of Allentown, PA, Matthew Neely (Michelle) of Smethport, PA, Tamatha "Tammy" Neely of Port Allegany and Catherine Buchsenschutz (James) of Port Allegany; her sister Janice Austin of Turtlepoint, PA.; and her pet Gracie. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, or a charity of the donor's choice.
