He was predeceased by: his parents, Willam E. Bloss and Ann VanWhy Bloss. He is survived by: his brothers, Dennis M. Bloss (Jan) of Port Allegany and Tom P. Bloss of Ft. Levenworth, KS; his nephew Michael Kio (Shannon) of Port Allegany; his niece Cyndi Robie (Bryan) of Madison, OH; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dane Kio (Brianna) of Port Allegany, Nathan Paar of Madison, OH, Serah Kalcher (Ryan) of Chardon, OH and Kiersten Austin (Chad) of Eldred, PA; and also, Avery and Alayna Austin of Eldred.
Private funeral and committal services will be held at the convenience of the family, in the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany, due to the existing social pandemic.
