He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry Kelley; and his sister Ann Theilges. He is survived by: his mother Betty Peck Kelley of Port Allegany; and his brothers, Alan D. Kelley (Karen) of Port Allegany and Jerry J. Kelley (Gail Kio) of Bradford. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
