He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel W. Kerr and Ruth Fiddler Kerr; his wife Sandra Spencer; and his sister Mary Hudy. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Shagahra Ramadhan (Stacey) of Port Allegany, Julie Ann Newman of Olean, NY, Zareysah Lentz (Michael) of Keating Summit and Marie Hall of Gowanda, NY; and his brother-in-law Richard Hudy of Huntingdon, PA. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
