It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lee Rankin of Port Allegany, Pennsylvania, born in Curtisville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward and Ellamae Eversol Miller; her husband James E. Rankin; her great grandchild Wyatt Rankin; and her sister Nora Jean Roberts.
She is survived by: her children, James E. Rankin, Jr. (Susan) of Port Allegany, Randy E. Rankin (Jill) of Muncie, IN, Robert S. Rankin (Lora) of Port Allegany and Kathy M. (William); her grandchildren, Brianne Riblet (Marc), Travis Rankin (Stephanie), Matthew Rankin (Rebecca), Valorie McKinney (Alex) and Jeremy (Andrea); her brothers, William E Miller Jr. and Ronald A Miller; and also Port Allegany.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
