It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil H. Heineman of Pomeroy, Pennsylvania, born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on January 31, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert F. III and Eleanor Hazelhurst Heineman; and his brother Albert F. Heineman III. He is survived by: his wife Jane Darlington Heineman; his children, Tammie Heineman of Coatesville and Neil H. Heineman Jr. of Mukilteo, WA; and his siblings, Robert P. Heineman of Satsuma, FL and Abby Kimbell of Sarasota, FL..
