He was predeceased by: his parent Russell Hillworth; and his sister Barb. He is survived by: his spouse Carol Sue Cruz Hillworth; his parent Thora Ream Hillworth; his children, John, Mikey, Angel, Junior, Baldito, Dawn Lou, Tammy Lou, Madisyn Lou and Mary Lou; and his siblings, Russell "Pappy" Hillworth, Linda, Doddle, Lita and Sissy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors, Inc. 1117 Country Club Rd., Camp Hill, PA 17316.
