He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer E. Pluck, II and Ida Sue Owens Pluck; and his siblings, Theresa Pluck Purcell and Walter W.. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Bechtloff Pluck of Pomeroy; his children, Bryan C. Pluck (Chris Deitz) of Parkesburg and Tedescha (Chris Short) of East Fallowfield; his grandchildren, Joshua Short and Madison Short; his great grandchildren, Baylee Bell and Carson Short; and his sister Sandra Tracey of Wagontown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in his memory to the Keystone Valley Fire Department, 329 W. 1st Ave. Parkesburg, PA 19365.
