It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Rex of Polk, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Deitz and Anna Howe Deitz; her husband Clyde C. Rex; her daughter Peggy Buchna; her children-in-law, Tom Buchna and Nancy Rex; her grandchildren, Thomas Frantz II and Nikki Rex; and her siblings, Margaret Wagner, Clara Saylor, Edna Smith Stefanko, Ida Deitz, Mary Clark, Laura Cochran, Betty Wagner, Evelyn Rex, Willis Deitz, Charles Deitz, Albert Deitz, John Deitz, Louie Deitz, Elmer Deitz and Ronald Deitz.
She is survived by: her children, Clyde Rex (Skip) of Polk, Janet Beichner (Ray) of President, Dennis Rex (Linda) of New York and Darlene Rex; and her sister-in-law Eleanor. She is also survived by Several grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews also survive. And a sister in law.
Interment will be in Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens, Memorials may be made to the Polk Volunteer Fire Dept. 710 Main St. Polk, PA. 16342, The Reinsel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
