We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2024, at the age of 62, Rose A. Thomas of Polk, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Sammonds and Eileen (Calhoun). She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey A. Thomas Sr. of Kunkletown, PA; her children, Heather White (Robert) of Jim Thorpe, PA, Jeffrey A. Thomas Jr. of Albrightsville, PA, Nicole Trejo of Florida, Daniel Trejo of Pottstown and Jennifer Rothsching of Bucks County; her grandchildren, Destiny, Kayla, Nathan, Noel, Hazel and Holly; and her siblings, Debbie Disipio of Bucks County, PA and Michael Surine (Shelly) of Georgia.
