Chmielewski of Kunkletown, PA, Luke Cory (Ariella) of Norway, ME and Robin Plocic (Darrin) of Englewood, TN.; her grandchildren, Adam (Mandi), Dana (Ryan), Stacey (Brandon), Jason (Mandy), Roxanne (Mason), Priscilla (Jeremiah), Harlan, Amber (Zach) and Jade (PJ); her great grandchildren, Seth, Sophia, Christopher, Uly, Jaxson, Abby, Addison, Josephine, Molly, Jesse, Savannah and Bailey; and her siblings, Thomas R. Phillips, William D. Phillips, Walter Phillips, David G. Phillips, Robert T. Phillips, Benjamin F. Phillips, Howard D. Phillips, Marlene M. Sneed, Elma J. Bird, Mary Lou Phillips and Louise J. Phillips.
