She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Armitage Sr.; and her parents, William B. Knott and Agnes V. Goebel (Grigsby). She is survived by: her sons, John E. Armitage Jr. (Joanne) of Effort, PA, Christopher Armitage (Wendy) of Epcot, NY and Steven Armitage of Kunkletown, PA.; and her grandchildren, Daniel (Kristi), Andrew (Lindsey), Nancy (Michael O'Connell), Basheer, Christopher, John and Samantha. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
