She is survived by: her children, Richard S. Say (Kaylene) of Meadville and Neisha S. Neal of Erie; her grandchildren, Katie L. Say, Ryder S. Say of Meadville, Athena A. M. Neal and Justin R. Neal of Erie; and her brother Thomas A. Blair of Franklin.
