He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester E., Sr. and Dorothy Adams (Carter); his former wife Twila L. Carson; his grandson Shawn Adams; and his siblings, Don Adams and Clara Mae Young.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Wilkie-Feltenberger of Polk; his children, Dennis Adams (Debbie) of Polk, Ken Adams of Polk, Tom Adams (Cindy) of Polk, Bob Adams of Polk, Rick Adams (Lisa) of Polk, Joe Adams of Polk, Jon Adams (Bobbie) of Polk and Lori Adams (Randy) of Polk; and his stepchildren, Braden Feltenberger and Holly Carson. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; his great-great-grandchild; his brother.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Lester's honor to the Salvation Army, 534 Allegheny Blvd, Franklin, PA 16323; to the Venango County Humane Society, 286 South Main Street, Seneca, PA 16346; and/or to the American Cancer Society, 1004 North Juniata Street, Hollidaysburg, PA 16448.
