She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Phillips-Biltz and Elizabeth Phillips-Biltz (Donohue); and her stepfather George Phillips. She is survived by: her siblings, Russell K. Biltz of Franklin, Christopher Phillips (Diane) of Destin, FL, Luke Phillips of Franklin, Amy Holcomb (Glenn) of Newtown, CT, Polly Pluck (John) of Ashland, MA and Beth Prorok (Daniel) of Franklin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
