He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren F. Williams and Hazel D. Williams (Keller); and his siblings, Mary Wolfe, Priscilla Ann, Charles Clinton and Junior Duane.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Lee, Barbara Walsch, Elmer Grant and Lucille Vasich; and his close friend David Daugherty.
