He is survived by: his wife Florissa Chudyk (Vitangcol); his sons, Nicholas of Kunkletown, PA. and Jeffrey Chudyk of Kunkletown, PA.; and his siblings, Rebecca Glueck (Donald Buskirk) of Bethlehem and Joseph Chudyk (Elizabeth) of Bath, PA..
