Parliament of Polk, Pennsylvania, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on August 6, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Sandra Parliament. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Parliament (Miller); his children, Pamela Forte (Ralph) of Middlesex, NJ, Jeffrey J. Parliament Jr. (Kathy Pear) of Flemington, NJ, Nancy Parliament of Kunkletown, PA, Brandy Buchanan (Brian) of Branchburg, NJ and Jennifer Quinn (Vincent) of Hazlet, NJ.; his grandchildren, Jacey Rae Berger, Jeffrey Reinecke, Jessica Forte, Peyton Buchanan, Colton Buchanan and Tierney Quinn; and his siblings, Pamela Giebas of Bridgewater, NJ and James McArtney (Sue) of Marlboro, NJ. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
