He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hutchins and Lena Hutchins; his wife Nancy Hutchins; and his grandson Joshua. He is survived by: his children, Bill (Carol), Julie Hoffman (Dale), Mike (Michele), Holly Etzweiler (Mark) and Jennifer Towery (David); his grandchildren, Natalie, Sharon (Keith), Greg (Kristin), Clayton (Kelsey), Leslie, Allison, Erin (Connor), Jessica, Jenna, James and Daniel; and his sister Ruth Steinberg of Baltimore, MD.. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home, Ltd. - Millersburg (118 S Market Square, Millersburg, PA 17061). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
