Frederick of Polk, Pennsylvania, born in Anita, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Frederick and Violet Fenstemaker Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Carol Donley; his children, Lee Frederick of Alquippa and Russell Frederick (Jill) of Elizabeth; his stepsons, Robert Salasky of Haskell, TX and Michael Salasky (Christina) of Butler; his siblings, Wanda Marzouk (Youssef) of New Jersey, David Frederick (Shelia) of Wampum and Eugene Frederick (Marsha) of Pittston; and his granddaughters, Katrina of Butler, Emma of Butler, Alyssa of Butler and Leela Salasky of Butler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
