She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Keith and Elene Gene Woods (Rice); her husband James R. Williams; her granddaughter Mazie Lynn Wilson; and her siblings, Donna and Donnie.
She is survived by: her children, Mozelle Williams-Bly (Sarah), Hattie Rosario (Jose) and Andrea Salter (Tywan); her grandchildren, James Wilson, Aliyah Castner, Destinee Williams, Amara Blamo, Ada Rosario, Zavier Rosario, Kaylyn Salter and Julian Salter; and her siblings, Eddie Woods, Mozelle Portwood and Russell Woods.
