He is survived by: his wife Diane Chmielewski (Podlipny); his children, Janet Chmielewski of Rosedale, NY, Derek Chmielewski (Norma) of Bronx, NY and Adam E. Chmielewski (Lisa) of Cedar Rapids, IA.; and his grandchildren, Julianna Sarah, Camila Isabella and Gabriela Sofia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
