He is survived by: his wife Patricia Coogan; his children, William Kephart (Tiffany Williamson) of Paynesville, OH, Kathleen West of Sheakleyville, Erin Mays of Pittsburgh and David Porter of Franklin; his grandchildren, William Kephart, James Kephart, Ellie Kephart, Hannah Kephart, Siena Malin, Zackary Mays and Logan Porter; his sisters, Judith Farr of Mercer and Jan Boettner; and his niece Rebekah Chiodo of Sharpsville.
