Mook, Jr.; her son Brian Mook of Polk; her siblings, Tom Burkhardt (Connie) of Franklin and Ronda Schengber (Jim) of Ohio; her siblings-in-law, William "Bill" Mook of Clintonville and Patty Baker (Merle) of Franklin; her parents-in-law, Bob and Nancy Mook; her sister-in-law Cheryl Rowland; and her nephew Jimmy Rowland.
