He is survived by: his children, Raph McCutcheon (Pam) of Rehoboth Beach, DE, Dorothy Burry of Ocala, FL and Arthur McCutcheon (Linda) of Polk, PA.; his nephew Charles McCutcheon of Polk, PA.; and his stepson Matt Marshall (Vanessa) of Tionesta.
