With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard A. O'Neill (Point Pleasant, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 11, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. O'Neill and Grace O'Neill (Carter); and his sister Patricia Ann Felstedt. He is survived by: his wife Christine O'Neill (Samuelson); and his children, Michael O'Neill (Jane) of Smithfield, NC and Michelle Cooper (Michael) of Brick. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
