He was predeceased by: his parents, John Willis Walter, Jr. and Edith Kugler of Point Pleasant, PA.; his sister Sharon Wiley; his grandson James Walter; his son-in-law Jason Kazor; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald Davis, Harry Templeton, Dorothy Walter and Elaine Walter.
He is survived by: his wife E. Dolores Walter; his sons, J. Seth Walter (Karen), James C. Walter (Jennifer) and Jason W. "Buck" Walter (Steve Quinn); and his siblings, Joan Davis and Craig A. Walter (Natalie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
