He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Baumeister and Elizabeth Baumeister; and his son Gary Baumeister. He is survived by: his wife Joan L. Troy Baumeister; his children, Shirley Burke (Bradley), David H. Baumeister, Jr. (Janet), Catherine Jasaitis (Raymond) and Cynthia Todd (Ross); his grandchildren, Christopher, Jason, Shawn Burke, Meghan Keffer, David Harry Baumeister III (Harry), Rachel, Kevin, Ryan and Kyle Jasaitis; and his great grandchildren, Haulden and Maddox Burke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
