She is survived by: her children, George Van Verth (Rhonda) of Martin, Douglas D. Van Verth, Jr. of New Geneva, Michael Van Verth (Christine Cole) of Point Marion and Danielle Van Verth (Matthew Franks) of Uniontown; her grandchildren, Jacob, Aaron, Abigail, Bailee and Cheyenne; her siblings, Paul (Jackie Rizer), Jim (Mary Ann Rizer), Richard (Lydia Trautman), Mary Flowers of Uniontown, Maxine Radcliff of Grays Landing, Kathy Rizer (Ronnie Metz) and Mary Michels of Fairchance; and also Alayna. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
