She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Perkins and Anna Warner (Uhler). She is survived by: her daughters, Brandi Pugh (Mark Guthrie) of Point Marion and Jennifer Weaver (Tony) of Morgnatown, WV; her grandchildren, Samantha Pugh, Kenneth Rohr and Annalise Guthrie; her sister Debbie Gum (W. Va) of Wana; her husband George Earle; her brothers, Terry Myers and Bill Myers; and also, Adeline, Avianna and Kenneth.
