He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tassel and Dorothy Van Tassel (Curtis); and his grandchildren, Meghan Van Tassel and Christopher Wright. He is survived by: his spouse Serina Van Tassel (Randberg); his children, Michael Van Tassel, Billy Van Tassel, Dwayne Van Tassel (Christine), Glenda Woehrle (Jim Thompson), Debbie De Mello (Ted), Donna Van Tassel (Greg) and Serina Van Tassel; his grandchildren, John Michael Woehrle (Amanda), Desiree Boshkovski (Vedran), Jessica Van Tassel (Jose) and Tiffany Wright; and his great grandchildren, Bella and Landon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
