He is survived by: his sons, Thomas J. McHugh, Jr. (Lauren) of Forest Hill, MD. and Robert D. McHugh (Joanna) of Pocono Summit; and his grandchildren, T. J., Mary Beth, Bobbie, Jena and Ian. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
